The gas fireplace did not work in our room. You could not turn the shower on without getting cold water on yourself. The rooms are pretty dated.

Our room was dirty from the moment we walked in. Of the things found that we had to clean before feeling comfortable;
Dead bugs stuck to the bathroom ceiling (easily wiped clean if staff cared to look)
Dirt and grime in the caulking of the shower (also easily cleaned, but ignored)
A PILE OF FINGERNAILS ON THE FLOOR DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE COUCH!
Again not clean, and when informed they offered to come in and do a deep cleaning- after they did so, I returned to the room to still find fingernails. Absolutely disgusting and devastated how it negatively affected our vacation and my husbands birthday trip (and his first trip to Central Oregon ever)
